Online Access Agreement

Federal Morgan Online & Mobile Banking Access Agreement

This Online Access Agreement governs your access to and use of electronic banking services provided by Federal Morgan Industrial Bank, including web portals, mobile applications, fund transfers, electronic bill pay, and digital statement delivery.

1. Electronic Consent & Communications

By enrolling in Federal Morgan Online, you consent to receive periodic disclosures, tax documents (1099-INT), monthly statements, and legal notifications electronically in lieu of physical paper delivery (E-SIGN Act compliance).

2. Electronic Funds Transfers (Regulation E)

You may initiate internal transfers between your checking and savings accounts, execute external ACH transfers, and utilize Zelle® for person-to-person payments. Daily transaction limits apply based on account tenure and tier status.

3. Unauthorized Transaction Liability

Tell us at once if you believe your user credentials or debit card details have been compromised. Telephoning our Fraud Hotline at 1-800-869-3557 immediately upon discovery limits your financial liability under federal Regulation E.

4. Service Availability & Cut-off Times

Transfers initiated before 8:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are posted same-day. Wire transfers and mobile deposits submitted after cut-off hours or on federal bank holidays will process the following business day.
